摘　　要：聚焦于巴县档案所载晚清重庆的牛痘接种和街道卫生清洁活动,重点关注地方政府所扮演的角色及发挥的作用。通过以上内容的考察发现在晚清大变局时代,重庆地方政府主动、积极介入日常生活的场域,实则是受清末强国、强种话语以及西方势力挑战的影响。基层政府试图通过医疗环境卫生话语权的建构,强化民众的政治认同,维护地方的治理秩序。Based on the Baxian county files,we investigated local cowpox vaccination and street cleaning activities in the Late Qing Dynasty in Chongqing,focusing on the role played by and functions of local governments at that time.We found that during the turbulent period of the Late Qing Dynasty,the reason that local government of Chongqing positively and actively participated in the field of daily life,was actually influenced by the powerful nations,their strong discourse,and western forces.The basic-level government tried to enhance the political identity of people through the construction of the discourse power in the medical environment to maintain its local order.
