摘  要:针对电动机转轴轴承位外径尺寸的检测,提出了一种基于机器视觉的对比测量方法。首先,使用2个CCD相机在相同条件下采集标准轴和待测轴轴承位左、右边缘图像;然后,对各图像进行滤波及二值化,使用高斯差分(DoG)进行边缘提取,并采用最小二乘法拟合得到各边缘的直线方程,通过直线方程对比计算出待测轴与标准轴的左、右边缘差距;最后,经过相机标定得到实际尺寸,间接求出待测轴的外径尺寸。与气动测量仪测量结果的对比表明,该方法能够实现较高精度的轴承外径尺寸测量。A contrastive measurement method based on machine vision is proposed for measuring outer diameter of motor shaft at bearing seat.Firstly,two CCD cameras are used to collect images at left and right edges of standard and measured shaft at bearing seat under same condition.Then,the filtering and binarization are carried out for images,and Difference of Gaussian(DoG)is applied to conduct edge extraction.The linear equations of edges are fitted by least square method,and the difference between left and right edges of standard and measured shafts is calculated by comparing linear equations.Finally,the actual size is obtained by calibrating camera,and the outer diameter of measured shaft is calculated indirectly.The comparison with measuring results obtained by pneumatic measuring instrument shows that the outer diameter measurement with relative high precision is achieved by the method.
