摘 要:由于混合励磁双凸极电机存在较大的磁链谐波和非线性,为了实现混合励磁电机精确在线仿真,提出了一种考虑磁链谐波以及励磁电流对磁链大小的影响的混合励磁电机的建模方法。搭建了基于dSPACE的电机模型、逆变器模型,并与DSP构成硬件在环仿真平台。以12/10混合励磁双凸极电机为例,通过实验发现:考虑磁链谐波时,混合励磁电机硬件在环仿真系统中的相电流畸变率与实验样机仅相差0.9%。与传统线性模型相比(相电流畸变率与实验样机相差6.9%),提出的硬件在环仿真系统具有更高的精度和准确性。Due to the flux-linkage harmonics and nonlinearity in the hybrid excited double salient machine,a hardware-in-loop platform for the hybrid excited machine accounting for the flux-linkage harmonics was developed in this paper to obtain an accurate online simulation.By establishing the machine and inverter models in dSPACE,and running control strategy in the DSP,the hardware-in-loop platform was built.From the test results on a prototype 12/10 hybrid excited switching flux permanent magnet machine,it shows that the total harmonic distortion of phase current in the model accounting for the flux-linkage harmonics is 0.9%less than experimental results.Compared with the conventional linear model,in which the total harmonic distortion of phase current is 6.9%less than the prototype machine,the developed hardware-in-loop platform exhibits higher accuracy.
