摘  要:针对某乘用车副车架的疲劳台架试验,在试验前需建立贴合加载工况的高精度分析模型,指导零部件设计。利用Adams多体动力学软件对副车架与摆臂模型进行柔性化处理,并在模型间建立Bush和Gforce连接来模拟橡胶衬套,提高载荷提取的精度。并通过建立对比模型:橡胶衬套连接和刚性铰接模型,提取传递载荷进行有限元静力分析,与实际电测数据进行对比。结果表明:模拟衬套连接的静力仿真分析精度比铰接更高,衬套连接的仿真分析与实际电测误差率在10.5%以内,对指导副车架零部件设计和疲劳测试分析有实际参考价值。In order to meet the demands of sub-frame’s fatigue bench tests,a high precision modeling method for fitting loading conditions is necessary to guide the design of automobile parts.To extract accurate transferring loads,flexible sub-frame and transfer arms dynamic models were built in Adams,which flexible rubber connectors were simulated by defining Bush and Gforce parameters.Furthermore,the extracted loads from the simulation models of rubber connector and rigid joint were input in sub-frame FEA models.Finally,the simulation results and experimental verification showed that the results base on simulation of rubber connectors were more coincident with the factual data than rigid joint connections,which error rate was less than 10.5%.The modeling method has practical reference value to guide design and fatigue test.
