摘  要:利用纳米压痕测试了聚[2(2′,5′双(2″乙基己氧基)苯基)-1,4-苯乙炔](BEHP-PPV)薄膜的加载曲线和杨氏模量,制备了结构为ITO\BEHP-PPV\Al的器件并测试了其压阻效应,得到了不同压力下器件的I-V曲线和低频方波电压下的I-t曲线.该器件在压力为106kPa,电压0.2V时,压阻系数达到最高的1.21×10^-2 Pa^-1.通过高频方波电压测试了器件在不同压力下电流的瞬态变化,分析得到器件形成稳定内建电场所需要的时间和电量随外加压力的增大而减小.因此认为该器件对外加压力具有良好的灵敏度、稳定性和可重复性,该材料是一种潜在的良好的触觉传感材料.The loading curves and Young s modulus of poly[2-(2′,5′-bis(2″-ethylhexyloxy)phenyl)-1,4-phenylenevinylene](BEHP-PPV)film were measured with nanoindentation tests in this work.The device ITO\BEHP-PPV\Al(100 nm)was fabricated and measured to obtain the current-voltage(I-V)and current-time(I-t)curves under different pressures.The piezoresistance coefficient can even reach 1.21×10^-2 Pa^-1 at 0.2 V and 106 kPa.The time and charges required to form a stable build-in electric field in the device under different pressures were analyzed using high-frequency square-wave voltages.We found that the required time and charges decreased with the increasing pressures.The device demonstrated high sensitivity,good stability,and nice repeatability which make BEHP-PPV film have prospect in tactile sensing.
