摘 要:青蒿素及其衍生物是一类天然合成的抗疟特效药,随着研究的不断深入,发现其不仅具有强大的抗疟活性,而且具有明显的抗肿瘤活性。青蒿素及其衍生物不仅能有效抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭及转移,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,还能提高化疗药物的有效性,降低耐药的发生,增强放疗的敏感性。但其抗肿瘤机制十分复杂,目前仍未完全阐明。结合近几年研究现状,本文就青蒿素及其衍生物的抗肿瘤机制及研究进展作一综述,以期为进一步研究提供参考。Artemisinin and its derivatives are natural synthetic anti-malarial drugs.With the deepening of research,it is found that it not only has strong anti-malarial activity,but also has obvious anti-tumor effects.It can not only inhibit the proliferation,invasion and metastasis of tumor cells,induce tumor cell apoptosis,but also effectively improve the effectiveness of chemotherapy drugs,reduce the occurrence of drug resistance,and enhance the sensitivity of radiotherapy.However,its anti-tumor mechanism is very complicated and has not yet been fully elucidated.Based on the research status in recent years,this paper reviews the anti-tumor mechanism and research progress of artemisinin and its derivatives,in order to provide reference for further research.
