补益消癌汤联合参一胶囊对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者T细胞亚群及炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补益消癌汤联合参一胶囊对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)化疗患者T细胞亚群及炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2015年5月至2018年5月我院收治的110例晚期NSCLC患者进行回顾性研究,根据治疗方案的不同将受试者分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组患者仅接受一线化疗方案治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上口服补益消癌汤与参一胶囊治疗。比较两组患者近期疗效、治疗前后T细胞亚群指标、炎性细胞因子水平变化及毒副反应发生率。结果观察组患者ORR显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平较治疗前明显升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^+水平较治疗前明显降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者毒副反应总发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补益消癌汤联合参一胶囊可有效改善机体的炎性状态及免疫功能,减少化疗药物所致毒副反应,对提高晚期NSCLC患者的近期疗效及生活质量具有积极意义。Objective To explore the effects of Buyi Xiao'ai Decoction combined with Shenyi capsule on the levels of T cell subsets and inflammatory factors in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A retrospective study was made on the data of 110 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.According to the different treatment options,patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.Patients in control group only received first-line chemotherapy,while those in observation group got oral Buyi Xiao'ai Decoction and Shenyi capsule on the basis of first-line chemotherapy.Compare the short-term efficacy,T cell subsets and inflammatory cytokine levels before and after treatment,and incidence of toxic side effects between the two groups.Results The objective response rate(ORR)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+and CD4^+and the CD4^+/CD8^+in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and they were higher in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).The level of CD8^+after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and it was lower in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and were lower in observation group than in control group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of toxic side effects of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyi Xiao'ai Decoction combined with Shenyi capsule could effectively improve the inflammatory state and immune function of the body,and lessen the side effects caused by chemotherapy drug.The combination of the two traditional Chinese medicines has positive effects on the short-term efficacy and quality of life of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
