摘　　要：通过对一例晚期卵巢癌患者实施多疗程全程化药学监护,探讨肿瘤科临床药师参与临床药物治疗工作的切入点与方法。结合患者病情,依据治疗指南及临床药学知识,与临床医师共同制定与实施个体化的抗肿瘤用药方案、镇痛方案以及营养支持,根据疗效及时调整用药,最大限度保障患者用药安全有效,延长其生存期。Through the implementation of multi-course and whole-course pharmaceutical care on a patient with advanced ovarian cancer,the entry points and methods of clinical pharmacists participating in clinical drug treatment were discussed.According to the treatment guidelines and clinical pharmacy knowledge,Clinical pharmacist discusses the patient’s condition with the doctor,implement an individualized anti-tumor medication plan,analgesic program and nutritional support,and timely adjust the medication according to the curative effect to ensure the patient’s medication safe and effective,and prolong the patient.
