探析《辅行诀五脏用药法要》对《黄帝内经》五脏理论的继承与发展

摘　　要：《辅行诀五脏用药法要》是敦煌医学中极具代表性的医经著作。书中多处引用《黄帝内经》原文,并对其进行了吸收、择要和创新。本文试参考多位《内经》注家之论从五脏病理理论、五脏性用侧重和五脏五行归属三个方面来探讨《辅行诀五脏用药法要》对《内经》五脏理论的继承与发展之处,认为《辅行诀》继承了《内经》以“虚实为纲”的辨证要领,从“体、用、化”三方面建立五脏补泻之法,并提出了新型五脏五味的五行配属关系,为丰富五脏理论及临床治法提供了更多的依据。Fu Xing Jue is a very representative medical manuals of Dunhuang medicine.The original text of Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor is quoted in many places in the book,and it was absorbed,selected and innovated.This paper tries to refer to the annotation theory of Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic from the five internal organs pathology theory,focusing on feature function of the five internal organs and attribute the five internal organs and five elements to explore the inheritance and development of Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic five internal organs theory.It is believed that the Fu Xing Jue inherits the dialectical gist of the principle of“asthenia and sthenia”in Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic,establishing the method of reinforcing and reducing the five zang organs from the 3 aspects of“body,application and transformation”,and puts forward the compatibility relationship of new five zang organs and five flavor of the five elements,providing more basis for enriching the five internal organs theory and clinical treatment.
