摘 要:为适应整体叶盘通道的加工要求,以复合进给电解加工机床为研究对象,介绍了机床加工位置旋转回零原理,设计了旋转回零方案,基于PMAC运动控制卡,建立了全闭环控制系统,驱动器采用转矩模式,通过调用TurboPMAC2的回零功能模块编写了运动程序,并利用LABVIEW语言开发环境设计了旋转位置回零控制程序,最后进行了测试试验。结果表明,系统响应迅速、运行可靠,电解加工机床C轴实现了在不同角度下的精确旋转回零运动,为开展高精度的电解加工奠定了良好的基础。In order to meet the processing requirement of the blisk passage,the compound feed ECM tool was taken as the research object,and the principle of rotating zero-return of machine tool machining position was introduced.Then the scheme of machine tool rotating position zero-return was designed and the full closed-loop control system was established based on PMAC motion control card.The torque mode of the driver was adopted,and the motion program by calling the zero-return function module of TurboPMAC2 was written.By using the development environment of LABVIEW language,the program of rotating position zero-back was designed.Finally,the test was carried out,the results show that the system responds quickly and runs reliably.The C-axis of ECM machine tool realizes the precise rotation back to zero motion at the different angles,which lays a good foundation for developing high precision ECM.
