摘　　要：本文分别对乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠钙、乙二胺四乙酸铁钠的结构,在食品领域中的应用及地瓜、奶粉、腌制菜、板栗罐头、蜜饯等食品中乙二胺四乙酸盐的前处理方法及检验方法研究和食品快速检测中的应用进行了简要介绍。In this paper,we briefly introduced the structure of EDTA-2Na,EDTA-NaCa,NaFeEDTA,in the field of food applications and the pre-treatment method and test method in sweet potatoes,milk powder,pickled vegetables,canned chestnut,candied fruit,etc.and the application of rapid detection in food.
