院所深度融合提升学生自主创新能力

摘　　要：当今大学面临的两大首要问题就是如何整合教育和科研两大基本活动,如何培养学生实践能力、跨界能力和创新能力。齐鲁工业大学将研究所与二级学院深度融合,提出以高水平科学研究支撑人才培养的方法,探索科教融合下的理论、科研一体化教育,强调综合素质和专业实践能力的培养,为社会输送创新型人才;在新一代信息技术、人工智能、数据科学与大数据技术、信息安全等领域,采取院所一体化的创新教育模式培养新工科、应用理科创新人才。The two most important problems facing universities today are how to integrate the two basic activities of education and scientific research,and how to cultivate students'practical ability,cross-border ability and innovation ability.In order to solve this problem,Qilu University of Technology proposed to support high-quality talent training with high-level scientific research.Explore the integrated education of theory and scientific research under the integration of science and education,emphasize the cultivation of comprehensive quality and professional practice ability,and provide innovative talents for the society.In the new generation of information technology,artificial intelligence,data science and big data technology,information security and other fields,we should adopt the college-institute integrated innovative education model to train innovative talents in new subjects and applied science.
