摘　　要：本文探索基层党建中的党日活动开展与教师精神培育的融合实践,以无锡工艺职业技术学院数字艺术系为例,研究探索各类基层党员活动形式与教师职业精神培育、教职工思想教育形成协同效应的可行性,从专业教学、学生教育方式方法、社团指导、大学生创新创业、教师教科研等多方面入手,实现“党日活动+”与教师培养的雁阵效应。This paper explores the practice of the integration of Party day activities and the cultivation of teacher spirit in grassroots Party building.Taking the digital art department of Wuxi Vocational Institute of Arts&Technology as an example,this paper studies and explores the feasibility of forming a collaborative effect between the forms of various types of grassroots Party members'activities and the cultivation of teachers'professional spirit as well as the ideological education for teachers,so as to realize the Wild Goose Queue effect between"Party day activities+"and teacher cultivation,starting from multiple aspects such as professional teaching,education methods for students,association guidance,college students innovation and entrepreneurship,and teachers'teaching and scientific research.
