林产化工专业实践教学改革与探索——以南京林业大学为例

摘　　要：作为高等本专科院校人才培养的重要指标之一,实践教学在复合应用型人才培养中愈发突显其重要性。南京林业大学在实践教学模式方面进行了大量的改革与创新工作。依托学科在师资、实践条件、科技创新和创新平台等方面的建设成果,打造优秀教学团队;创立本科教育人才培养新模式,提出了“二化三联四创”本科教育创新模式;提高实验实训基地建设质量,制定生产实习的内容与考核要求,选送教师到生产企业锻炼学习,狠抓本科毕业论文(设计)的质量提高,建设完善人才实践能力的培养体系。通过实践教学模式的改革,南京林业大学林产化工专业的师资队伍得到加强,实践教学平台条件明显改善,同时学生培养质量显著提高。As one of the important indexes of talent training in colleges and universities,practical teaching has becoming more and more important in the cultivation of compound applied talents.Nanjing Forestry University has carried out a lot of reform and innovation in the practical teaching model.Relying on the construction results of the subject in the aspects of teachers,practical conditions,scientific and technological innovation and innovation platform,this paper creates an excellent teaching team,establishes a new mode of undergraduate education personnel training,and puts forward the undergraduate education innovation mode of"two modernizations,three combinations and four creations".It also improves the construction quality of experimental training base,formulates the content and assessment requirements of production practice,selects and sends teachers to production enterprises to exercise and study,pays close attention to the improvement of the quality of undergraduate graduation thesis(design),and builds and improves the training system of talent practical ability.Through the reform of practical teaching mode,the teaching staff of forest products and chemical engineering specialty of Nanjing Forestry University has been strengthened,the conditions of practical teaching platform have been obviously improved,and the quality of students'training has been significantly improved.
