体验式教学在大学生心理委员培训中的应用研究

摘　　要：心理委员培训是大学生心理健康教育工作中必不可少的环节。通过开发一套包含三大模块、六大主题、工作坊与沙龙相结合、累计时长24小时的体验式培训课程,并在心理委员中开展干预试验研究,结果发现课程可以有效地提升心理委员自我效能感、组织能力、工作态度和专业知识水平,具有较强的实用性及可接受性。因此,体验式教学模式值得在大学生心理委员培训中应用推广。The training of psychological commissioners is essential for the psychological health education of college students.An experiential teaching course was developed in this research.The course included three modules and six themes,combined the workshops with salons,and took 24 hours altogether.A self-controlled intervention trial was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of course.The result showed that this course could promote the self-efficacy,organizational ability,work attitude,and professional knowledge of psychological commissioners,and had strong practicability and acceptability.Therefore,the experiential teaching model is worth applying to the training of college psychological commissioners.
