摘　　要：系统阐述了竹片精细化辊剖疏解设备的设计背景、工作原理及主要机构设计,该设备结构简单、工作可靠、劳动强度低、效率高,为竹材工业提供了一种新型竹单元加工方式及技术装备。实现了将弧形竹片精细化辊剖展开、均匀网状疏解、滚压成竹丝条状平面梯形,成为一种全新的竹材人造板构成单元,大幅提高竹材利用率,可广泛应用于竹材胶合板及重组竹等制造。In this study,the design background,working principle,and the major mechanism design of the roll expansion and defibering device for bamboo were systematically described.The designed device had a series of characteristics of simple structure,reliable operation,low labor intensity and high efficiency,and provided a new method of bamboo unit processing and a new type of technical equipment for bamboo industry.The device could be used for fine roll expansion,uniform mesh extrusion,and rolling into plane trapezoid with bamboo strip,as a new kind structure unit of bamboo artificial board.With the utilization of the device,bamboo utilization rate could be greatly improved.The device could be widely used for manufacturing bamboo plywood and reorganization.
