摘 要:新安煤业综采工作面支架运输严重地受到了制约,目前,运输、起吊设备、巷道宽度、高度等条件均不能满足整体运输,导致采用解体运输,给综采支架安装、拆除的安全工作带来诸多困难。针对以上问题提出了新的支架解体运输施工方案,在减少运输环节、进行支架解体及运输提升等方面进行了回撤施工工艺的优化,从而实现了支架安全回撤运输的目的。The support transportation of fully mechanized mining face in Xinan coal industry is seriously restricted.At present,the transportation,hoisting equipment,roadway width,height and other conditions can not meet the overall transportation,resulting in the adoption of disassembly transportation,which brings many difficulties to the safety work of fully mechanized mining support installation and demolition.In view of the above problems,a new construction scheme of support disintegration transportation is put forward,and the withdrawal construction technology is optimized in the aspects of reducing transportation link,support disintegration and transportation promotion,so as to realize the purpose of safe support withdrawal transportation.
