Left-Wing Scholars on the Studies and Teaching of Marxism and the Status of the Communist and Workers’ Parties in Western Europe and Their Vies on China

摘　　要：为了宣传马克思主义,比利时工人党举办的马克思主义暑期大学因专业性和严谨性而受到学生们的认可。德国虽然没有专门研究马克思主义的机构,但个别学者以马克思主义的立场研究社会中的突出问题。荷兰阿姆斯特丹社会历史研究所对马克思主义的研究宣传做出了卓越贡献。随着德国右翼势力的上升,马克思主义在工人运动中的指导作用在减弱;虽然苏东剧变在比利时造成了负面影响,但其影响力呈上升趋势。当前世界社会主义运动进入了新的阶段,资本主义也暴露出越来越多的弊端,这也使对社会主义的讨论重新回到公众的视野中。西欧左翼学者对中国的改革开放及现代化事业予以肯定和赞许,认为中国的工业化发展值得欧洲学习,中国的“一带一路”倡议取得了很大成就。In terms of the studies of Marxism in Western European countries,summer schools which are set up to disseminate Marxism are recognized by students for their professionalism and rigor;although there is no institution specializing in Marxism studies in Germany,some individual scholars have been studying prominent social problems from the standpoint of Marxism in philosophy and history;the International Institute of Social History in Amsterdam,Netherlands has made outstanding contributions to the studies and publicity of Marxism.As for the situation of Communist and Workers'Parties in Western European countries,with the rise of the right-wing forces in Germany,the guiding role of Marxism in the workers’movement is weakening;although the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe have had a negative impact in Belgium,the influence of the Belgian Workers'Party is on the rise benefiting from its positive measures.Scholars in Western European countries are convinced that the world socialist movement has now entered a new stage,while more and more deficiencies of capitalism are being exposed and brings socialism back to public discussions.These scholars affirm and commend on China’s reform,opening-up and modernization,and believe that China's industrialization is worth learning for Europe.However,they also think that although China's“Belt and Road"initiative has had great achievements,both positive and negative views exist in Austria and Germany.
