前牙骨缺损条件下种植即刻修复和延期修复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究种植即刻修复在前牙骨缺损条件下的可行性。方法选取2017年8月~2018年10月就诊的需要进行前牙种植并伴有骨缺损的患者60例作为研究对象,其中,男30例,女30例,采用随机分组法将其分为实验组(即刻修复组)和对照组(延期修复组),各30例,两组患者在一期手术时行引导骨再生术,实验组采用种植即刻修复的方式,对照组采用延期修复的方式,6个月完成终修复,观察记录最终修复时两组患者种植体存留率以及红色美学评分(PES),运用SPSS软件对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果完成最终修复时,实验组种植体存留率为94.7%,对照组为97.5%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组PES美学评分为(8.00±1.19)分,对照组为(6.97±1.02)分,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前牙美学区骨缺损条件下行种植即刻修复联合GBR技术可以获得良好的软组织美学效果,但远期效果还有待于进一步观察研究。Objective To investigate the feasibility of immediate restoration in the condition of anterior dental bone defect.Methods Sixty patients(30 males and 30 females)who needed anterior implants and bone defects were selected from August 2017 to October 2018.They were randomly divided into experimental group(immediate repair group)and control group(delayed repair group)each had 30 cases.The two groups of patients underwent guided bone regeneration in the first stage of operation.The experimental group used immediate planting repair,the control group used delayed repair,and the final repair was completed in 6 months.The implant retention rate and red aesthetic score(PES)of the two groups at the time of final repair were statistically analyzed using SPSS software.Results When the final repair was completed,the implant retention rate was 94.7%in the experimental group and 97.5%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The PES aesthetic score of the experimental group was(8.00±1.19),and the control group was(6.97±1.02).The difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The anterior teeth aesthetics area bone defect condition immediate repair combined with GBR technology can obtain good soft tissue aesthetic effect,but the long-term effect remains to be further observed.
