摘　　要：目的自行设计一种老年人面颊、麻醉面罩贴合装置,该装置可以帮助面颊凹陷的患者麻醉诱导时减少面罩、面颊处漏气。方法通过改进了口咽通气道,增加了面颊垫,使用时增大了面罩与面颊的贴合面积,减少了漏气。结果设计老年人面颊、麻醉面罩贴合装置,使麻醉医生可单人行面罩加压给氧。结论老年人面颊、麻醉面罩贴合装置虽然不能完全解决凹陷的面颊漏气问题,但其使用后可减轻麻醉操作者的体力消耗,减少舌后坠,并可单人顺利完成此类患者的辅助通气。Objective To design a self-designed device for cheek and anesthesia mask fitting in elderly Patients,which can helP reduce the leakage of the mask and cheek when inducing Patients with cheek dePression.Methods By imProving the oroPharyngeal airway,the cheek Pad was added.The area between the mask and the cheeks was increased and the air leakage was reduced.Result The old PeoPle's cheeks and anesthesia mask fitting device were designed so that the anesthesiologist could Pressurize the oxygen suPPly with a single face mask.Conclusion Although cheek and anesthesia mask fitting device can not comPletely solve the Problem of air leakage in dePressed cheeks,it can reduce the Physical consumPtion of anesthesia oPerators,reduce tongue droP,and successfully comPlete the auxiliary ventilation of such Patients by one Person.
