摘　　要：随着医疗水平的发展及患者对治疗效果期望的提高,前牙美学问题逐渐进入了口腔医生的视野。上前牙牙冠的大小、宽长比、外形分类、颜色等方面是影响前牙美学的重要因素。其中,外形分类是一个困扰了研究人员多年的问题。多年以来人们对上前牙牙冠外形进行深入的研究,提出了多种分类方法。本文对现有的上前牙外形分类方法进行综述,以期提升读者对相关知识的了解和认识。With the development of medical treatment and the increasing of patients'expectation,aesthetic problems of anterior teeth have gradually entered the vision of dentists.The size,width/length ratio,shape classification and color of the crown of the upper anterior teeth are important factors affecting the aesthetics.Among them,shape classification is a problem that has puzzled researchers for many years.Over the years,people have studied the shape of the crown of the upper anterior teeth in depth,and proposed a variety of classification methods.This paper reviews the existing classification methods of upper anterior teeth in order to improve readers'understanding of relevant knowledge.
