摘　　要：目的观察高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)与眼内异物患者眼内炎症反应的相关性。方法随机选取2015年7月至2018年6月本院开放性眼外伤患者68例(76只眼)为对象,包括异物组40例(45只眼)、无异物组28例(31只眼)。对比两组玻璃体内HMGB1表达、血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素17(IL-17)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的含量,分析HMGB1与上述炎症因子的相关性。结果异物组患者玻璃体内HMGB1表达、血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-17及IFN-γ均显著高于无异物组(P<0.05)。HMGB1表达与眼内异物患者眼内炎症反应指标IL-2、IL-6、IL-17、IFN-γ均呈正相关。结论HMGB1可能参与眼内异物患者眼内炎症反应的发生和发展过程,与多种炎症因子相关。Objective To observe the correlation between high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)and inflammatory reaction in patients with intraocular foreign body.Methods The data of 76 eyes of 68 cases with open ocular trauma in our hospital from Jul.2015 to Jun.2018 were enrolled.There were 45 eyes of 40 cases in foreign body group and 31 eyes of 28 cases in non-foreign body group.The expression of HMGB1 in vitreous and serum levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin 17(IL-17)and interferon gamma(IFN-γ)were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between HMGB1 and the above inflammatory factors was analyzed.Results The expression of HMGB1 in vitreous,serum IL-2,IL-6,IL-17 and IFN-γin the foreign body group were significantly higher than those in the non-foreign body group(P<0.05).And the levels of serum cytokines IL-2,IL-6,IL-17 and IFN-γwere significantly higher than those of non-foreign body group(P<0.05).The expression of HMGB1 was positively correlated with the indexes of intraocular inflammation such as IL-2,IL-6,IL-17 and IFN-γin patients with intraocular foreign bodies.Conclusion HMGB1 maybe involved in the occurrence and development of intraocular inflammatory responses in patients with intraocular foreign body,which is related to many inflammatory factors.
