摘　　要：目的观察玻璃体内平衡盐溶液注射升高眼压在脉络膜脱离型孔源性视网膜脱离巩膜扣带术前应用的效果。方法回顾性分析2016年2月至2018年12月在该院住院治疗的脉络膜脱离型孔源性视网膜脱离65例(65眼)。随机分为两组:术前玻璃体内注液后行巩膜扣带术者31例(31眼)为A组;玻璃体手术者34例(34眼)为B组。两组术后随访6~12个月。结果一次手术视网膜复位者A组28眼(90.3%);B组30眼(88.2%)。术后视力(logMAR)A组为(0.53±0.44),B组为(1.00±0.33)。两组之间一次手术成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.00,P=1.00)。两组之间随访终末视力比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.87,P=0.00)。结论巩膜扣带术前玻璃体内注液远期视功能效果较好。Objective To observe the application efficacy of intravitreal balanced salt injection before scleral buckling for choroidal detachment with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.Methods The data of 65 eyes of 65 cases of choroidal detachment with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in this hospital from Feb.2016 to Dec.2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were divided into two groups randomly.Group A,31 eyes of 31 cases,underwent scleral buckling after intravitreal balanced salt injection;and group B,34 eyes of 34 cases,underwent vitrectomy.The follow-up time was for 6-12 months after operation.Results The retina were reattached after first operation in 28 eyes(90.2%)in group A and 30 eyes(88.3%)in group B.The postoperative visual acuity(logMAR)was 0.53±0.44 in group A and 1.00±0.33 in group B.The difference in success rate of the first operation was not statistically significant between the two groups(χ2=0.00,P=1.00).The difference of the final visual acuity was statistically significant between the two groups(t=3.87,P=0.00).Conclusion Intravitreal balanced salt injection before scleral buckling can achieved long-term visual function.
