摘　　要：目的 探讨蛋白磷酸酶2A的癌性抑制因子(cancerous inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A, CIP2A)在恶性黑色素瘤中的表达及意义.方法 通过免疫组织化学的方法检测CIP2A及其相关蛋白c-myc的表达.结果 CIP2A及c-myc在恶性黑色素瘤中的表达显著高于正常皮肤组织,且差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05).结论 CIP2A高表达可能参与了恶性黑色素瘤的发生发展过程,CIP2A可能成为恶性黑色素瘤诊断的新指标.Objective To investigate the expression and significance of cancerous inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A (CIP2A) in malignant melanoma. Methods The expression of CIP2A and its related protein c-myc were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of CIP2A and c-myc in malignant melanoma were higher than that in normal skin tissue, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion CIP2A may be involved in the occurrence and development of malignant melanoma, and CIP2A may be a new biomarker for the diagnosis of malignant melanoma.
