摘　　要：目的:通过对结肠癌患者在手术前后实施CT检查,探究CT在术前结肠癌以及术后结肠癌复发中的应用价值。方法:从来我院诊治的2016年6月-2018年10月的结肠癌患者中随机抽取198例,实施CT平扫及增强扫描,并对比分析两者的差别。结果:患者手术前经过病理检查结果显示:T分期:42例阳性,14例阴性;N分期:34例阳性,20例阴性;M分期:65例阳性,23例阴性。CT检查结果显示:T分期:38例阳性,10例阴性;N分期:32例阳性,16例阴性;M分期:61例阳性,15例阴性,总体准确率为86.87%;患者手术复发病理检查结果显示:T分期:16例阳性,10例阴性;N分期:20例阳性,8例阴性;M分期:18例阳性,12例阴性。CT检查结果显示:T分期:16例阳性,7例阴性;N分期:20例阳性,5例阴性;M分期:18例阳性,8例阴性,总体准确率为90.24%。结论:CT对术前和术后结肠癌复发的诊断准确率较高,相关性高,值得在临床推广使用。Objective:To investigate the value of CT in preoperative colon cancer and postoperative colon cancer recurrence by performing CT examination before and after surgery in patients with colon cancer.Methods:A total of 198 patients with colon cancer from June 2016 to October 2018 who were treated in our hospital were randomly selected for CT scan and enhanced scan,then compared the difference between them.Results:The results of pathological examination before surgery showed:T stage:the 42 cases were positive and 14 cases were negative;N stage:the 34 cases were positive,20 cases were negative;M stage:the 65 cases were positive and 23 cases were negative.CT examination results showed:T stage:the 38 cases were positive and 10 cases were negative;N stage:the 32 cases were positive,16 cases were negative;M stage:61 cases were positive,15 cases were negative,the overall accuracy rate was 86.87%;The pathological examination of patients with surgical recurrence showed:T stage:the 16 cases were positive,10 cases were negative;N stage:the 20 cases were positive,8 cases were negative;M stage:the 18 cases were positive and 12 cases were negative.CT findings showed:T stage:16 cases were positive,7 cases were negative;N stage:the 20 cases were positive,5 cases were negative;M stage:the 18 cases were positive,8 cases were negative,the overall accuracy was 90.24%.Conclusion:The diagnostic accuracy of CT for preoperative and postoperative colon cancer recurrence was high and the correlation was high.It was worthy of clinical use.
