摘  要:城市轨道交通在列车全自动驾驶模式下,站台门健康状态监控系统能对站台门的运行状态进行主动监测及预测。对站台门健康状态监测的内容进行分析;根据全自动驾驶的需求,建立站台门健康状态监控系统架构;基于光纤光栅技术,实施站台门健康监测;基于系统辨识技术和有限元分析模型,建立站台门健康状态预测模型,进而预测出站台门的经济寿命及故障情况。相关人员可综合考虑设备的经济寿命及故障情况,比选出最佳的检修方案,从而有效提高了对站台门的监管效率。Under fully automated operation mode,the healthy state monitoring system of subway platform door could monitor and control the door operation actively.In this paper,the health monitoring objects of platform door are analyzed,a framework of system architecture for subway platform door health state monitoring system is established according to the fully automated operation requirements.The platform door health monitoring is implemented based on fiber Bragg grating technology,and a platform door health state prediction model is established based on system identification and finite element analysis,in order to predict the economic life and faults for the platform door.By considering various working conditions of the platform door comprehensively,the metro staff could select the best maintenance plan through comparison to improve the efficiently of platform door operation effectively.
