摘  要:采用基于STM32F407芯片的控制平台,研究该芯片中定时器控制脉冲的产生机制;根据步进电动机S曲线启动要求,理论推导定时器计数次数,并将其代入控制程序;通过上位机软件Scope View设置需要观察的变量:即主轴实际转速与速度比值,导出变量随时间变化值;利用Matlab软件以及地毯织机提花控制系统中步进电动机的送纱量与速度比值公式,分析定时器计数次数与速度比值的关系,反复修改定时器计数次数,随之改变速度比值。结果表明:速度比值的变化可实现步进电动机的S曲线加减速运动。The control platform based on the STM32F407 chip was used to study the timer control pulse generation mechanism in the chip;according to the start requirement of the stepping motor S curve,the number of timer counts were theoretically deduced and substituted into the control program;the variable to be observed in the Scope View of the host computer software was set:the actual speed of the spindle and the speed ratio,and derive the value of the variable with time;matlab software and the formula of the yarn feeding amount and speed ratio of the stepping motor in the jacquard control system of the carpet loom was used,the relationship between the number of timer counts and the speed ratio was analyzed,the number of timer counts was repeated and the speed ratio was changed.The results show that the change of the speed ratio can realize the S-curve acceleration and deceleration motion of the stepping motor.
