李庆生治疗青光眼睫状体炎综合征用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的总结李庆生主任医师治疗青光眼睫状体炎综合征的用药经验。方法搜集整理李庆生主任医师治疗青光眼睫状体炎综合征的25份门诊病例处方,使用频数表对处方中所用药物的分类、使用频次、归经进行统计分析。结果在25份青光眼睫状体炎综合征医案中,共使用药物58种,用药频次≥5次(用药频率≥20%)的药物有26种。对此58种药物的功效进行统计,用药频率≥10%的药物是清热药、解表药、补虚药,其中补虚药以补气药为主。所用药物的归经涉及12条经脉,频率≥10%的归经是肺经、肝经、胃经、脾经、肾经。结论李庆生主任医师治疗青光眼睫状体炎综合征的原则应为清热泻火、祛风解表、利水祛湿;立足于肝肾以及肺、脾胃的综合调治。Objective To summarize the pharmaceutic experience of professor Li Qingsheng in treatment of Posner-Schlossman syndrome(PSS).Methods The herbal formulas of 25 outpatients′medical record in treatment of PSS were collected.Using the frequency table,the herbal classification,use frequency and meridian tropism were analyzed statistically.Results Of 25 cases,58 kinds of medicines were included and the use frequency for 26 medicines was≥5 times(use frequency≥20%).Regarding the pharmaceutical effect,for the medicines with≥10%in use frequency,the actions focused on clearing heat,eliminating exterior and tonifying for deficiency in which,qi tonification was predominated.All of 12 meridians were involved,for the frequency≥10%,there were lung,liver,stomach,spleen and kidney meridians.Conclusion The treating principle of PSS by Li Qingsheng is clearing heat,reducing heat,eliminating wind and exterior,benefiting water metabolism and removing damp,focusing on the comprehensive regulation of liver,kidney,lung,spleen and stomach.
