摘  要:目的通过比较人工材料β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP)与骨形成蛋白-2(BMP-2)组合与自体髂骨移植修复唇腭裂患者牙槽突裂术后的成骨效果,寻找能够代替自体骨移植的人工材料。方法收集先天性牙槽突裂患儿45例,均已按唇腭裂序列治疗完成唇裂和(或)腭裂手术,根据使用材料不同,将其分为3组:1组:β-TCP+BMP-2组;2组:BMP-2+自体骨组;3组:自体骨组。采用相同方法进行牙槽嵴裂骨缺损修复,术后(平均7.8个月)评估不同材料的成骨效果。结果β-TCP+BMP-2组的成骨率82.5%,自体骨组64.5%,两组比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05);BMP-2+自体骨组成骨率75.1%,与β-TCP+BMP-2组比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。其余各组之间的比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论β-TCP+BMP-2组合方式进行牙槽嵴裂骨缺损修复的成骨效果优于自体髂骨移植,可以替代自体髂骨移植修复牙槽嵴裂骨缺损。Objective To investigate the effect of morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)plusβ-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP)for the repair of alveolar cleft.Methods Forty-five patients with complete alveolar cleft were included in the study,and these patients were divided into 3 groups according to different materials used in cleft repair(group 1:BMP-2 plusβ-TCP,group 2:BMP-2 plus autogenous iliac bone,group 3:autogenous iliac bone).All patients were repaired with the same surgical technique.Follow-up data after operation were analyzed.Results Bone formation in group 1 was more than that in group 2(P<0.05)and group 3(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between group 2 and group 3(P>0.05).Conclusionβ-tricalcium phosphate plus morphogenetic protein-2 is a good material combination in repair of alveolar cleft.
