摘　　要：目的探讨咬合垂直距离降低患者行三种不同修复形式(可摘式、固定式、可摘-固定联合式)咬合重建的治疗方法、临床效果,为其临床治疗提供参考。方法回顾性分析3例咬合垂直距离降低患者的临床资料,评价升高咬合垂直距离的修复治疗对患者生活质量的影响。结果患者戴用永久修复体2个月,咀嚼功能良好,美观满意,无口颌系统肌肉及颞下颌关节不适症状,口腔健康相关生活质量得到改善。结论咬合垂直距离降低患者的咬合重建修复是一个复杂的序列治疗过程,需因地制宜地选择修复方式,治疗效果是满意的。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of treatment of patients with decreased occlusal vertical dimension by occlusal reconstruction using removable prosthesis,fixed prosthesis or removable-fixed combined prosthesis.Methods The clinical data of three patients with decreased occlusal vertical dimension were analyzed and the patients were rehabilitated using one of the above-mentioned prosthesis to reconstruct the occlusion.The effects of prosthetic rehabilitation for increasing occlusal vertical dimension on patients quality of life were also evaluated.Results After 2-month follow-up,the patients were all satisfied with the prosthetic treatment outcome,and the occlusal reconstruction treatment provided significant improvement in oral-health-related quality of life.Conclusion Although treatment of decreased occlusal vertical dimension through occlusal reconstruction is a complicated procedure,the therapeutic effect of all the three methods is satisfactory.
