摘  要:本研究以我院跨境电商方向二年级学生为研究对象,构建了融合外籍教师、行业专家和专业教师等多元化助学者的网络学习共同体,开展了一项为期8周的教学实验,以探讨网络学习共同体是否有利于促进跨境电商人才英语沟通能力的发展.实验证明,构建网络学习共同体的实验班同学在跨境电子商务场景中英语用词比较准确,语句更加完整,能够有意识地使用谈判策略,表达更流畅、得体、礼貌.教学试验后对实验班学生的问卷分析表明,学生对含有多元化助学者的网络学习共同体教学模式高度认可,该模式可以有效提升学习兴趣和参与学习活动的积极性.This research takes the second-year students of cross-border e-commerce in the college as the research object,constructs a network learning community which integrates foreign teachers,industry experts and professional teachers,and carries out an eight-week teaching experiment to explore whether the network learning community is conducive to promoting cross-border e-commerce talents*English communication.The experiment proves that the students in the experimental class with the network learning community use English words more accurately in the cross-border e-commerce scenario.They use negotiation strategies more consciously and express themselves more smoothly,appropriately and politely.The questionnaires of the students in the experimental class after the teaching experiment show that the students highly approve of the networked learning community teaching mode with pluralistic faculty,which can effectively enhance their interest in learning and enthusiasm for participating in learning activities.
