摘　　要：乡村振兴战略作为党的十九大所提出的一项重大战略,是建设美丽乡村和传承中华优秀传统文化的重要基础和保障。新时代黑龙江省特色村落的营建,应针对黑龙江省村落文化传承的途径,分析其内在特征及规律,寻求相应的营建策略,以此为不同地区的乡村营建的研究提供参考。The strategy of rural revitalization, as a major strategy put forward by the 19th Party Congress, is animportant base and guarantee to build beautiful villages and inherit the excellent Chinese traditional culture.In the new era, the construction of characteristic villages in Heilongjiang Province should probes into theapproach of village in respect of the culture inheritance, analyzes the internal characteristics and laws, andexplores the construction strategy of its characteristic villages, which provides reference for the study ofrural construction in different regions.
