习近平青年成才观对高职院校大学生成长成才培养的启示

摘　　要：习近平青年成才观以青年的历史地位和时代使命为逻辑起点,以青年成才的目标为核心,以青年成才的培养途径为关键,内涵丰富、逻辑鲜明,对新时期进一步指导学生成长成才具有重要的现实意义.文章针对当前高职院校设计类专业大学生成长成才培养中存在的不足,提出需要以习近平青年成才观为纲领,全方位、全过程引导高职院校大学生立志成才、学习成才、创新成才、艰苦成才、立德成才.Xi Jinping's concept of young talents takes the historical position of youth and the mission of the times as the logical starting point,takes the goal of young talent as the core,and takes the training way of youth as the key.It is rich in connotation and distinct in logic,and is of great practical significance for further guiding students to grow into talents in the new period.In view of the shortcomings existing in the cultivation of college students majoring in design in vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the necessity to guide college students to aspire to become talents through learning,innovation,hardworking and virtue in an all-round and wholeprocess way by taking Xi Jinping's concept of young talents as the guideline.
