摘　　要：党的十九大报告强调了要坚定实施人才强国战略,这说明社会主义现代化建设步入新时代,人才工作仍然是党和国家的工作重点。沈阳市长期坚持人才优先发展战略,注重引进高端人才。本文在分析了沈阳市引进高端人才的现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了对策建议。The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the need to firmly implement the strategy of strengthening the country through talents.This shows that socialist modernization has entered a new era,and talent work is still the focus of the work of the Party and the country.Shenyang City has long adhered to the strategy of giving priority to talent development and focusing on bringing in high-end talents.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
