摘 要:本文分析了地方应用型本科院校生物实验教学中存在教学内容片面、教学方法老套、教学条件落后、师资缺乏等问题的成因。并阐述了景德镇学院生物与环境工程学院在当前国家大力推进高校转型发展的新形势下,探索出的一套适应校情校况的应用型人才培养模式的新体系。该体系从加强顶层设计、修订人才培养方案入手,改善实验教学条件,改进教学方式,加强师资队伍建设,构建合理的实验教学评估体系和考核体系,从根本上彻底转变学生“懒等靠”的学习观念,化被动学习为主动学习,大幅提高动手能力和解决问题的能力。This paper analyzes the causes of one-sidedness of teaching contents,old-fashioned teaching methods,backward teaching conditions and insufficient teachers in biology experiment teaching in regional application-oriented colleges and universities.It also expounds the new mechanism of application-oriented personnel training mode devised by the College of Biological and Chemical Engineering of Jingdezhen University based on the school’s conditions under the new situation where transformation of colleges and universities is strongly urged throughout the country.The mechanism,starting from enhancing the top-level design and revising the talent training program,aims at improving the experimental teaching conditions,refining the teaching methods,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and establishing a reasonable experimental teaching evaluation system with the expectation of fundamentally and thoroughly changing the students'"lazy"learning attitude,converting the passive learning into the active learning,and greatly enhancing the operational ability and problem solving capacity.
