摘 要:以18650锂离子动力电池为试验对象,采用HPPC法(Hybrid Pulse Power Characteristic,混合脉冲功率特性法)进行了放电状态下的内阻实验。主要研究了环境温度、放电倍率和荷电状态对欧姆内阻、极化内阻以及总内阻的影响,并在此基础上,进一步分析了不同工况下欧姆内阻和极化内阻对总内阻的影响。结果表明:荷电状态对总内阻中欧姆内阻和极化内阻的占比影响较大,也正因如此,最终导致了在不同工况下欧姆内阻和极化内阻对总内阻影响程度上的差异。本研究为锂离子动力电池的热分析建模及其热管理系统的设计提供了依据。In this paper,18650 lithium-ion power battery was used as the test object,and the internal resistance experiment under discharge state was carried out by HPPC(Hybrid Pulse Power Characteristic)method.The effects of ambient temperature,discharge rate and state of charge on cell ohmic resistance,polarization resistance and total internal resistance were studied.And on this basis,the influence of the ohmic internal resistance and the polarization internal resistance of the battery on the total internal resistance of the battery under different working conditions was further analyzed.The result shows that the state of charge has a greater influence on the proportion of ohmic internal resistance and polarization internal resistance in the internal resistance of the battery.And it ultimately leads to the difference of influence of ohmic internal resistance and polarization internal resistance on total internal resistance under different operating conditions.This study provides a basis for the thermal analysis modeling of lithium-ion battery and the design of its thermal management system.
