基于层次分析法的教学评优管理评价

摘　　要：教学评价是提高教师教学水平的重要手段,通过教学评价,让教师能够意识到自身教学中的优势及不足,从而扬长,并对不足加以改进。层次分析法是一种较常用的评价方法,文章基于该方法对教师“教学评优”构建相应的评价指标,建立教学评优评价模型,该评价模型的应用有助于提高教学评优管理工作的开展。Teaching evaluation is an important means to improve teachers'teaching level.Through teaching evaluation,teachers can realize their advantages and disadvantages in teaching,so as to enhance their strengths and improve their shortcomings.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is a commonly used evaluation method.Based on this method,this paper constructs the corresponding evaluation index for teachers'teaching evaluation and establishes the evaluation model for teaching evaluation.The application of this evaluation model helps to improve the development of teaching evaluation management.
