8倍稀释血清可有效评估种鸡群沙门氏菌的感染

摘　　要：本试验对孵化毛蛋中持续分离到沙门氏菌和间断性分离到沙门氏菌的场区,分别采集种鸡群血清进行沙门氏菌平板凝集试验,将血清样品分为4组:未稀释血清阳性、血清2倍稀释后阳性、血清4倍稀释后阳性和血清8倍稀释后阳性,将这4组血清分别用ELISA B+D群沙门氏菌菌属抗体检测试剂盒进行复核检测。结果显示:这两个场区将血清8倍稀释后平板凝集试验结果和ELISA的检测结果最接近,阳性吻合率分别为97.9%和98.8%。结果显示:将检鸡群血清8倍稀释后进行沙门氏菌平板凝集试验和ELISA B+D群沙门氏菌菌属抗体检测方法具有较高的相关性,可有效评估临床沙门氏菌的野毒感染。Salmonella was continuously isolated from hatched eggs and intermittently isolated to Salmonella fields.Serum samples of chicken flocks were collected for Salmonella plate agglutination test.Serum samples were divided into four groups:undiluted serum positive,serum positive after 2 times dilution,serum positive after 4 times dilution and serum positive after 8 times dilution.The four groups of sera were detected by ELISA B+D group Salmonella antibody detection kit.The results of plate agglutination test after 8 times dilution of serum were the closest to result of ELISA.The positive coincidence rates were 97.9%and 98.8% respectively.The results showed that Salmonella plate agglutination test and ELISA B+D group Salmonella antibody detection method had high correlation after 8 times dilution of chicken serum,which could effectively evaluate clinical Salmonella wild virus infection.
