摘　　要：关于话务管理分析系统和话务模型的研究,文章主要通过两个方面来进行阐述,首先用本市通信公司的电话网监测和管理作为话务管理的分析,第二部分则利用这个系统进行的研究,并验证用户通话的分布区域,应根据此进行相关的分析和推导。As for the research of traffic management analysis system and traffic model, this paper mainly elaborates on two aspects. Firstly, the monitoring and management of the telephone network of the Municipal Communication Company is used as the analysis of traffic management. The second part uses the system to carry out the research and verify the distribution area of user calls, and relevant analysis and deduction should be carried out accordingly.
