摘　　要：为客观评价HOV车道对交通运行状况的影响,建立HOV车道实施效果评价指标体系。考虑设置HOV车道前后以及设置后HOV车道与普通车道间运行状况的变化情况,以深圳HOV车道为例进行评价分析。结果显示,HOV车道可在一定程度上提高道路的运输效率,在引导车辆合理使用、促进合乘率提高、绿色出行等方面具有一定的导向作用。In order to evaluate the impact of HOV lane on traffic operation objectively,the evaluation index system of HOV lane implementation effect is established.As to the change of traffic operation before and after setting HOV lane and the running condition between HOV lane and general lane after setting HOV lane,the HOV lane in Shenzhen is taken as an example.The result shows that the HOV lane can improve the road traffic efficiency to a certain extent,and play a guiding role in guiding the rational use of vehicles,promoting the increase of ride-sharing rate and green travel.
