摘  要:为了建立花溪古茶树的组培快繁体系,以花溪古茶树单株为试验材料,对其带芽茎段最佳灭菌时间、腋芽启动、增殖及生根培养条件进行研究。结果表明,最佳灭菌时间为0.1%HgCl2消毒6 min;最有利于腋芽启动和增殖的培养基是MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,所得最佳增殖系数高达1.5;适宜的生根培养基为1/2 MS+1.0 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L NAA,所得生根率为56.7%。In order to establish tissue culture and rapid propagation system of ancient tea tree in Huaxi district.Ancient tea tree in Huaxi district was used as test material,and the optimum sterilization time,axillary bud initiation,proliferation and rooting culture conditions of shoot segments with buds were studied.The results showed that the optimal sterilization time was 0.1%HgCl2 for 6 min.MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L was the best medium for axillary bud initiation and proliferation,and the optimal multiplication coefficient was 1.5.The suitable rooting medium was 1/2 MS+1.0 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L NAA,and the rooting rate was 56.7%.
