淀粉样变相关脑出血手术治疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析淀粉样变相关脑出血手术治疗的临床效果。方法将郑州人民医院神经外科收治的48例淀粉样变相关脑出血患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用手术治疗,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果患者颅内血肿面积得到有效清除,无死亡病例;术后12个月患者的GOS和NIHSS评分分别为(4.69±0.52)和(11.30±4.65),与术前相比显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用手术治疗淀粉样变相关性脑出血,能够起到良好的治疗效果,有助于改善患者神经功能,同时术后并发症也较少。Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of surgical treatment for amyloidosis related cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 48 patients with amyloid-related cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the neurosurgery department of zhengzhou people's hospital were selected as the study subjects.All patients were treated with surgery,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The area of intracranial hematoma was effectively cleared,and no death was found.The GOS and NIHSS scores of the 12 months after surgery were(4.69±0.52)and(11.30±4.65),respectively,which were significantly improved compared with those before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment of amyloidosis associated cerebral hemorrhage can achieve good therapeutic effects and help improve the neurological function of patients.Meanwhile,the incidence of postoperative complications is relatively low,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
