摘　　要：借鉴教育政策学后果评价的相关理论,对《国家学生体质健康标准》(以下简称《标准》)的后果进行评价,结果表明,自《标准》实施以来,激励学生参与体育锻炼的政策目的并未得到很好的实现,《标准》目前存在着激励效果不明显、产生的成本过高、间接负面影响较大的问题。针对上述问题,提出了制定合理的奖励措施、提高测试指标的稳定性、建立独立的体质健康中心的建议。In this study,this paper has evaluated the consequences of National Students Constitutional Health Criterion(Criterion)from the perspective of education policy.The results show that,since the implementation of Criterion,the purpose of inspiring students to exercise cannot be properly achieved.There exist some problems in Criterion,such as unclear incentive effect,high cost,and large indirect negative impact.Considering these problems,this paper has put forward some suggestions,including formulating reasonable incentive measures,improving the stability of test indicators,and establishing an independent physical health center.
