高危型HPV阳性患者血清miRNA-26a表达水平对宫颈癌的预测价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)阳性患者血清miRNA-26a(miR-26a)表达水平对宫颈癌的预测价值。方法:HPV16和(或)HPV18阳性的宫颈癌和良性病变患者各50例,采用实时荧光定量PCR检测患者血清和宫颈组织中miR-26a的表达水平。结果:宫颈癌患者血清和宫颈组织中miR-26a的表达水平均低于良性病变患者(P<0.05)。宫颈癌患者血清和宫颈组织中miR-26a的表达水平呈正相关(r P=0.535,P<0.001)。利用血清miR-26a表达水平鉴别诊断HPV16和(或)HPV18阳性的宫颈癌和良性病变患者,ROC曲线下面积为0.887(95%CI=0.808~0.941),诊断界点取3.94时,敏感度为78.0%,特异度为88.0%。结论:血清miR-26a表达水平对高危型HPV阳性的宫颈癌具有一定的预测价值。Aim:To clarify the predictive value of serum miRNA-26a(miR-26a)for high risk HPV positive cervical cancer.Methods:Fifty patients with cervical cancer and 50 patients with benign lesions,and all with positive HPV16 and/or HPV18,were subjected to detect the expression levels of miR-26a in serum and cervical tissue by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results:The expression levels of miR-26a in serum and cervical tissue of cervical cancer patients were both lower than those of benign lesions patients(P<0.05).The expression level of miR-26a in serum was positively related with that in cervical tissue in cervical cancer patients(r P=0.535,P<0.001).The area under ROC was 0.887(95%CI=0.808-0.941),and the sensitivity and specificity were 78.0%and 88.0,respectively when the diagnostic threshold was 3.94.Conclusion:The expression level of miR-26a in serum could be used to predict the cervical cancer in high risk HPV positive patients.
