摘 要:航空发动机等高速柔性转子,工作转速过临界。由于存在不可避免的不平衡质量,转子过临界时会发生剧烈共振。通过使用弹性支撑降低转子系统的临界转速,使用挤压油膜阻尼器(SFD)增加支撑阻尼,可以降低转子过临界振动和外传力。将弹性支撑和阻尼器合二为一,开发设计了新型整体式弹性环挤压油膜阻尼器(IERSFD),构建力学模型并分析了减振原理,在实验室搭建了单盘Jeffcott转子,在IERSFD腔室填充不同黏度阻尼液的条件的下,进行了转子过临界实验,结果表明IERSFD可以有效降低转子过临界振动。High-speed rotors such as aero engine rotors are flexible rotors,their working speed is above its critical speed.Due to the inevitable unbalanced mass,severe vibrations often occur when the rotor passes through critical speed.By using the elastic support to lower the critical speed of the rotor system and increasing the support damping by introducing squeeze film damper(SFD),the vibration and the external force of the rotor passing through critical speed could be reduced.Combining the elastic support and the damper into one component,a new type of integral elastic ring squeeze film damper(IERSFD)was designed,its mechanical model was built and the principle of vibration reduction was analyzed.A Jeffcott rotor test rig was built in the laboratory.Experiments on the rotor through critical speed were performed,in the condition that the IERSFD chamber was filled with different viscosity damping fluids.The results show that the IERSFD can effectively reduce the vibration of rotors passing through critical speed.
