摘 要:针对电液伺服系统的方波再现问题,提出了一种新的谐波控制方法。该方法通过控制响应信号的每个谐波分量的幅值和相位,以获得期望的周期波形。首先,利用多个谐波近似合成方波,利用Nelder Mead单纯形法对各谐波幅值进行优化。其次,给出了幅值和相位修正方法,其力响应能够与目标谐波参数相一致,其中,响应信号的各阶谐波幅值和相位通过跟踪滤波法计算。最后,将本方法在电液系统上进行了试验,结果表明该控制方法在位移和力跟踪方面均表现出良好的性能。Here,a new harmonic control method for square waveform reproduction in an electro-hydraulic servo test machine was proposed.With this method,amplitude and phase of each harmonic component of response signal were controlled in a close loop to obtain the desired periodic waveform.Firstly,several harmonic waves were used to approximately synthesize a square waveform and amplitude values of these harmonic waves were optimized using Nelder-Mead simplex method.Secondly,the amplitude and phase modification methods were presented,and the test machine’s force response was able to be consistent with objective harmonic parameters.Amplitude and phase of each harmonic component of response signal were calculated with the tracking filter method.Finally,some tests were conducted with this method on the electro-hydraulic servo test machine.The results showed that the proposed control method reveals excellent performance in displacement and force tracking.
