摘  要:闽楠是我国特有的珍贵用材树种,具有重要的生态和经济价值。课题组在闽楠天然群体中进行了优树选择,并开展了优树半同胞子代的遗传测定,选出了一批优良家系和优良单株。利用开发的SSR分子标记检测了39个闽楠优良基因型的遗传差异,10对SSR引物共扩增出了65个条带,多态性条带有50个,多态性条带占76.9%,说明这39个优良基因型具有一定的遗传差异。UPGMA聚类可以将39个基因型分为3类:第1类包括7个基因型,分别为Jo26、Jo25、Jo21、Jo20、Jo27、Jo23、NP602;第2类包括31个基因型,可分为3个亚类:第1亚类包括Np604、Np603、Np606、Np601、Np605、Np616,第2亚类包括Np622、Np621、Np619、Np620、Np618、Np615、Np607、Np617、Yp602、Jo28,第3亚类包括Mx605、Mx603、Mx602、Mx606、Mx601、Mx604、Sm1、Yx604、Sx05、Sx04、Sx02、Yp603、Yp604、Yx603、Yx602;第3类仅有1个基因型,为Yp601。研究结果为进一步的优良无性系选育及杂交育种的亲本选配提供参考。Phoebe bournei is an unique precious timber tree species in China,which has important ecological and economic value.We have selected excellent trees in natural population,and have gotten a number of excellent families and individual trees from genetic test of half-sib populations.The genetic diversity of 39 excellent genotypes was detected by the developed SSR molecular markers.Using 10 pairs of SSR primers,the 65 markers were amplified with which 50 were polymorphic.The polymorphic markers account for 76.9%,indicating that these 39 excellent genotypes have certain genetic diversity.The UPGMA clustering can divide 39 genotypes into 3 categories.The first class includes 7 genotypes,namely Jo26,Jo25,Jo21,Jo20,Jo27,Jo23 and NP602.The second class comprises 31 genotypes and can be divided into 3 subclasses:the first subclass includes Np604,Np603,Np606,Np601,Np605,Np605 and Np616;the second subclass includes Np622,Np621,Np620,Np618,Np615,Np607,Np617,Yp602 and Jo28;the third subclass includes Mx605,Mx603,Mx602,Mx606,Mx601,Mx604,Sm1,Yx604,Sx05,Sx04,Sx02,Yp603,Yp604,Yx602.There was only one genotype in the third class,Yp601.It can be used as a reference for the further breeding of excellent clones and the selection of parents in cross breeding.
