摘  要:2016-2018年连续3年研究了海南尖峰岭热带山地雨林(香蒲桃天然林Syzygium odoratum、南亚松天然林Pinus latteri、桉树人工林Eucalyptus robusta和橡胶人工林Hevea brasiliensis)土壤有机碳储量和垂直分布特征,为该区域山地土壤碳库储量的准确预测提供参考依据。结果表明,(1)在垂直方向,不同年份热带山地雨林土壤有机碳含量均随着土层深度的增加而逐渐降低,表现出明显的“表聚性”,其中表层随着年份的增加其增加趋势较为明显,深层有机碳含量随年份的变化不明显。此外,2016-2018年不同土层深度热带山地雨林土壤有机碳含量均表现为香蒲桃天然林和南亚松天然林显著高于桉树人工林和橡胶人工林。(2)垂直方向土壤有机碳储量与土壤有机碳呈一致的变化规律,2016-2018年热带山地雨林土壤活性有机碳均随着土层深度的增加而逐渐降低,表现出明显的“表聚性”,其中表层增加趋势较为明显,深层土壤活性有机碳随年份的变化不明显,不同年份土壤活性有机碳含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。此外,2016-2018年不同土层深度热带山地雨林土壤活性有机碳均表现为香蒲桃天然林和南亚松天然林显著高于桉树人工林和橡胶人工林。(3)土壤有机碳和活性有机碳与pH值和砂粒含量呈显著的负相关关系(P<0.05),与电导率、黏粉粒含量、全氮呈显著的正相关关系(P<0.05),与全磷含量没有显著的相关性(P>0.05),其中与全氮的相关系数最大,土壤活性有机碳的相关系数高于土壤有机碳。(4)交互分析结果表明:土壤深度和林型对土壤有机碳和活性有机碳具有显著的影响,其中林型和土层深度对有机碳含量具有显著的影响(P<0.05);林型对有机碳储量具有显著的影响(P<0.05);林型、土层深度、林型×土层深度对土壤活性有机碳具有显著的影响(P<0.01)。研究表明,土壤活性有机碳对林型和土层深度的响应较为敏感,而From 2016 to 2018,the soil organic carbon reserves and vertical distribution characteristics of Jianfengling tropical mountain rain forest in Hainan province(natural Xiangpu peach forest,natural south Asian pine forest,eucalyptus plantation and rubber plantation)were studied for three consecutive years.The results showed that:(1)In the vertical direction,the soil organic carbon content in different years of tropical mountain rain forest decreased gradually with the increase of soil depth,showing an obvious“surface aggregation”,in which the surface layer increased significantly with the increase of the year,while the deep layer organic carbon content did not change significantly with the year.In addition,the soil organic carbon content of tropical mountain rain forest in different soil depth in different years was significantly higher than that of eucalyptus plantation and rubber plantation.(2)Vertical soil organic carbon and soil organic carbon in consistent change law of different years tropical montane rain forest soil active organic carbon are reduced gradually along with the increase of soil depth,the apparent cohesion"table",the surface with the increase of the year its increased more obviously,the deep soil active organic carbon is not obvious,along with the change of year different years of soil active organic carbon content is not significant difference(P>0.05).In addition,the soil active organic carbon of tropical mountain rain forest in different soil depth in different years was significantly higher than that of eucalyptus plantation and rubber plantation.(3)Soil organic carbon and active organic carbon and pH and sand content was significantly negative correlation(P<0.05),and electrical conductivity,sticky powder content,total nitrogen were significantly positive correlation(P<0.05),there was no significant correlation with total phosphorus content(P>0.05),and the correlation coefficient of total nitrogen is the largest,the correlation coefficient of soil active organic carbon is higher than soil
