摘 要:制备废弃机油残留物(recycled engine oil bottom,REOB)质量分数不同的乳化沥青,并分别与回收沥青路面(reclaimed asphalt pavement,RAP)料拌制冷再生混合料,采用马歇尔击实方法成型试件,通过测定试件的宏观空隙率,并采用棒状色谱分析仪检测混合料表面沥青4组分的质量分数的变化,进而分析不同REOB的质量分数对REOB改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料压实特性的影响规律。结果表明,REOB质量分数为6%的混合料表面沥青4组分中芳香分和饱和分的总质量分数明显增加,胶质和沥青质的总质量分数明显减少,对RAP料中的旧沥青具有明显的软化作用,混合料表面的沥青黏结性能提高,混合料压实效果得到明显改善,试件空隙率明显减小。Emulsified asphalt is prepared with different fractions of recycled engine oil bottom(REOB)and the cold regeneration mixture is prepared with the emulsified asphalt and the reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP)respectively.The test piece is formed by Marshall′s compacting method.The macro voidage of the test piece is measured,and the change of the mass fraction of the four components on the surface of the asphalt mixture is detected by a rod chromatographic analyzer.Then the influence pattern of the mass fraction of the REOB on the compaction characteristics of the cold recycled mixture is analyzed.The results show that the total content of aromatic and saturation elements among the four components on the surface of the asphalt mixture that the mass fraction of the REOB is 6%is significantly increased,and the total content of colloid and asphaltene is greatly decreased and has an obvious softening effect on the old asphalt in the RAP material.The asphalt bonding performance of the mixture surface is improved,the compacting effect of the mixture is also significantly improved,and the voidage of the test piece is obviously reduced.
