摘 要:本文对某风电场定桨距风力发电机“缺相”故障停机机理进行了分析,通过现场分析得出,此次停机的根本原因是由于齿轮箱轴套挡板脱落引起的发电机异常振动[1,2],并且造成B相阻容吸收装置电阻脱落,最终引起软启装置过电压。文中对风机启动过程建立了等效电路模型,推导了故障发生过程的电压表达式,得出了软启装置三相过电压的机理。最后,通过搭建PSCAD/EMTDC仿真模型对理论分析进行验证,仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。The mechanism of"phase loss"failure and shutdown of the fixed pitch wind turbine in a wind farm is analyzed in this paper.It is concluded that the root cause of the shutdown is the abnormal vibration of the generator caused by the dropped gear box bushing baffle,which caused the resistance of the B-phase resistor and capacitor absorption device to fall off,finally led to overvoltage the soft-start device.The equivalent circuit model of the starting process for wind turbine is established,and voltage expression during the fault is derived.The mechanism of the three-phase overvoltage for soft-start device is obtained.Finally,the theoretical analysis is verified by establishing the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation model.The simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
